This site is run by PolarPetal LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 101 Collins Ave, Unit 1, Miami, FL 33139, United States. In this policy, "I", "me" and "my" mean Paula Pettit and PolarPetal LLC.

• Free guide signup: your first name, email and your consent to receive emails.
• Lines Analysis: your name, email, how you heard about me, city, height, bra size, face and full-length photos and your questionnaire answers.
• Contact form: your name, email, what you're interested in and your message.

Payments are processed by Stripe. I don't receive or store your full card details.

When you open checkout, Stripe also collects the payment details it needs to process your payment.

I use your details to deliver the analysis you request, to reply to you, and to send the guide and occasional emails you agreed to. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Your photos are used only to prepare your Lines Analysis. I never publish them, share them for marketing or sell them.

I don't sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

• Stripe, for payments.
• MailerLite, for guide emails, including open and click tracking.
• Lovable Cloud, for hosting, visitor analytics, the database and private photo storage.
• Google Analytics, for visitor statistics.

Shop links go to retailers. Some may be affiliate links, and retailers handle your data under their own policies.

• Photos: I delete your photos within 90 days after I deliver your read or analysis, which leaves time for your follow-up round. You can ask me to delete them sooner anytime.
• Intake answers and read or analysis details: kept for up to 3 years after delivery so I can answer questions about your report, then deleted.
• Order and payment records: kept as long as I need them for tax and accounting.
• Guide emails: you stay on my list until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in every email.
• Contact messages: kept for up to 2 years after my last reply.

I don't use advertising cookies. My hosting provider, Lovable, runs basic visitor analytics on this site: it records the pages you visit, the page you came from, your browser type, language and approximate country, and measures how fast pages load. It sets a cookie with a random session ID that expires after 30 minutes. It also keeps basic technical logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

I also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It collects the pages you visit, your approximate location, and your device and browser, and it sets Google's _ga cookies to tell visits apart. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.

My guide emails are sent with MailerLite, which records when an email is opened and which links are clicked, so I can see what's useful.

When you open checkout, Stripe processes your payment and sets cookies it needs for secure payments and fraud prevention.

Your photos are kept in private storage that isn't publicly accessible, and I use established providers for payments, email and hosting. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or limit some uses of it. Email me and I'll respond within 30 days. I may need to confirm your identity first. You can also unsubscribe from guide emails anytime.

My services are for adults 18 and over. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think someone under 18 has sent me their details or photos, email me and I'll delete them.

I may update this policy from time to time. The effective date below shows when it last changed.
