These terms are an agreement between you and PolarPetal LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 101 Collins Ave, Unit 1, Miami, FL 33139, United States, which runs The Line Theory. "I", "me" and "my" mean Paula Pettit and PolarPetal LLC. By using this site or my services, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or over to use my services. The photos you send must be of you, and you confirm you have the right to share them with me.

• Lines Analysis: the price shown at checkout applies, currently $99. Delivered as a PDF within 10 business days of receiving your photos and intake.

Everything is digital. There is nothing to schedule.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

• Before work starts: full refund if you cancel before submitting your photos and intake.
• After work starts: no refunds, since each analysis is custom.
• Instead of a refund: one follow-up round within 14 days of delivery to clarify or adjust your report.
• Your report arrives within 10 business days of receiving your photos and intake.

Your Lines Analysis report and my free guide are for your own personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to keep them and refer back to them anytime. Please don't resell, republish or publicly share them, or use them to offer styling services to others. I keep all rights in The Line Theory, my guide and the content of my reports.

My reads and analyses are personal styling guidance based on the photos and answers you send me. They're my professional opinion, not a guarantee of any result, and how well they work for you depends on your photos, your answers and your own choices. To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to my services is limited to the amount you paid me for that service, and I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as the cost of clothing you buy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

Retailers are responsible for their products, prices, shipping and returns.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you have a concern, please email me first so I can try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date below shows the latest version. Changes won't affect a service you've already paid for.
